OWNER-SUPPLIED ARCHITECTURAL REFERENCE

The complete complex.

Reference rendering of the IoT and Digital Innovation Institute campus, with stepped buildings, a pitched-roof hall, gardens, water and elevated transit.

The campus view now uses the company-built model recovered from DigitalValleyAR_1123.apk (2019), preserving its original mesh geometry and texture maps. This concept image remains available for comparison. The packaged visualization is not a surveyed masterplan.

The local archive contains the IoT 1 HVAC package. Its detailed architectural geometry remains available under “IoT 1 CAD detail”.

INSIDE THIS LITTLE WORLD

The 2019 model.
A living campus.

The default view uses your company’s original 2019 campus model recovered from DigitalValleyAR_1123.apk: original building geometry, façades, bridges, roof terraces, water and site textures. Surrounding roads follow mapped data; traffic is illustrative. The separate IoT 1 CAD mode preserves the architectural geometry embedded in your 2019 mechanical package.

From the CAD
Four floor plans, internal wall geometry, columns, room names, site lines and air-system routes. Block transforms are preserved.
Original 2019 campus model
The recovered meshes retain vendor positions, topology and texture UVs; only a common translation recentres them. Current DEPA programme names are separate from original Unity object names, whose one-to-one correspondence is not certified. Height cuts and separated sections are viewing tools, not surveyed floor divisions.
CAD detail & animated activity
The separate CAD inspection uses traced slab outlines, inferred 4.2 m floor spacing and illustrative furnishings. The original campus mesh is preserved. Walking routes and activity are simulation. Chibi visitors remain stylised; outdoor walking is restricted to a derived safe surface. People steer, yield and stop to avoid contact.
Simulation, not telemetry
Visitors and activity are animated demonstrations. No live sensors are connected. Routes are illustrative, not evacuation or accessibility advice.
Scale
DWG units are unspecified. Millimetres are inferred from the architectural dimensions. This is not a surveyed or construction-ready BIM model.

Original CAD files stay local. The twin contains derived geometry only.
